What we fix
01 /
Torn panels, failed seams, broken pole sleeves, blown zips and delaminated fly sheets. Seam-sealed and field-ready.
02 /
Rucksacks, hydration packs, dry bags, handlebar bags. Straps, buckles, zippers and base panels fully restored.
03 /
Neoprene tears, blown seams, delamination and zip replacement. Glued and blind-stitched for watertight results.
04 /
Bib shorts, jerseys, softshell jackets and gilets. Chamois repair, blown stitching, pocket re-attachment — back on the bike.
Process
Drop your damaged gear at our Girona workshop. We assess it together, agree a quote, and give you a pickup time — usually within 24–48 hours.
Every repair is done by hand using an industrial sewing machine, neoprene adhesive, and the right materials for the job. No shortcuts.
Collect your gear — patched, sealed, and ready for action. Back on the bike, in the water, or on the trail.
Why repair?
The best piece of kit is the one you already own.
Outdoor gear is built to last years — sometimes decades. A torn seam or a broken zip shouldn't end that. We keep your favourite jacket on the road, your tent in the mountains, and your wetsuit in the water.
Every repair saves the energy, water and carbon of making something new. Worn-in gear fits better, performs better, and has a story worth keeping.
